Certainly this thread is a little confusing. That website is not at all related to rebuilding Nepal and wont help in building Nepal.
The most important thing in building a country is manufacturing/production.
Investing in education sector has been like a fashion statement for people who want to do something good for the country. Ceratinly this is a good step but it will only create more educated unemployed if there is no manufacturing. Or the only other alternative is brain drain which only helps the country in a very limited way. Also the educated unemployed are less likely to do low-standard jobs than uneducated unemployed which makes the previous group totally useless.
