How you going to live as first class citizen in a third world country? Don't make sense at all. If the country itself is a third world country, how could you brag abt being first class citizen when the water you drank is immpure, not even sufficient water, loadshedding all the time, no big higways to drive your BMW if you can afford also, no standard restaurants, malls etc so what do you guys mean to say. Even the low class family here in USA is considered first class citizen in Nepal. Ya most of the people go to army coz they don't have no choice, can't finish school nor wana work in walmarts and get frustrated. Most of the guys outside Kathmandu valley are the ones who join US army because they don't have properties in Kathmandu and can't go back in live in misery which is village. Further US army doesn't have quality. Even 5 ft guys are in the army, not to mention skinny ones and fat ones too. Seems like US want to increase their foot soldiers and want to exceed China's number. Do you know how hard it is to get into British army? A way tougher.
