Seems to me, the Koirala has been deeply bogged down into the dharma Sankat. According to the update news on Nepalnews.com, Koirala says "I will not appear before the CIAA". He says: "Talking to Radio Sagarmatha F. M. late Wednesday, Koirala said he was ready to court arrest but will not appear before the CIAA. The angry Koirala also alleged the Supreme Court being influenced by the royal palace." The question is, so if the verdict was in favor of him, he would not be angry????? Another question is, if he knew that SC is influenced by royal palace, why did he lodge his petition in the first place? Buddu Koirala!!! Also Koirala says: "there was no constitution in the country and alleged the King of dismantling it." Hmmm, if he thinks there was no consitution, then why didn't he raised hell, when CIAA was summoning other corrupt leaders and ex-govt. officers? HOw can he say that there is no constitution... ? Deuba Govt. was dismantled as per the consitution... one may argue that there was flaw in the constitution, but the constitution entirely has not become demolished. Remember, Koirala did somuch nautanki when he alleged that his VIP rights was violated by Airport Security. The VIP priviledges he is enjoying is solely due to present of the constitution... if he thinks there was no consitution.. then he should not enjoy the VIP proviledges as well. Does he know how crooked he talks, act, thinks...????? Now, since verdict is not in facor, he will not face CIAA? Had it been in favor of him, would not he keep silent??? If he cannot honor the SC's verdict, then why the hell he lodged petition at the first place??????? Stupid Girija... now that you are totally in dharma_Sankat. Even India will not give you refuge.
