ok dude, what kind a computer is it..i dont think in anyway possible a 32 bit computer turning into a 16 bit comp..haha define the exact problem..what kind a computer is it first of all? formatting u mean formatting ur hard drvie?? that sudnt effect anything..the only thing loaded in HD is ur Operating system, sudnt affect anyother sutffs.. anywaz...what do u mean by formatting..can u tell us ??
