Folks pls dont lie. Their marketing as well as pay rate sucks big time. One of my friends (my room mate that time) worked for them. Ultimately he switched to next layer consultancy and he made around 27 extra bucks per hour for the same job (client) - just an example how much they slice out from you. In fact they were paying him 48% of billing. That's crazy.

Not a single direct client. They dont file GC (except couple of their friends, and i believe one case was rejected by USCIS).

I don't mean other desis might be better.. but this nepali consultancy is no better either.
