I have worked for Vastika; I have also worked for a couple of Indian consultancies as well, and Vastika is by far the best consultancy I have worked  or have had experience with. They are reasonable on pay compensation and my experience is they will go out of the way to help you out if the need be - may be coz its run & made up of by Nepalese and there is a strong bond that exists. They are simple and humble in their dealings with their consultants unlike most Indian consultancies that give big and flashy promises but deliver not a thing. They might be at times hard to get hold of as they have high volume of consultants but they will respond to your emails or VMs.

I have many friends or people I know work for Vastika and I have recommended many to them - of course I dont get any commission ;)

The best part, they 'usually' sponsor GC after about a year's employment.
