The probability of someone hitting the jackpot (powerball or mega) is 1 in 180 million or so kyare. Spending 80 bucks will only marginally increase your probability.

That said, I won't at all be surprised if you spent 80 bucks to match your IQ score of 80 in hopes of winning it big!
