Nepal is in total chaos right now because of d***head like this guy. What the heck was he thinking before taking picture with the chief of same judiciary body who is investigating his misdeeds right now? He was among those culprits who were raided by Akhthiyar few years back for involving in big corruption in Tatopani custom. 
This guy should be put under strict investigation by CIAA and if found guilty should be thrown in jail
