I find it amazing while we come from the most racist of societies out there and tolerate so much (Nepal, India), we cannot seem to tolerate anything remotely racist while in a western country.

I mean come on. The West is egalitarian and meritocratic to a VERY large extent and we can of course condemn racism, but i just love it when we show this holier than thou attitude. :) Just saying.
