Once Japanese Government asked Nepal for some live frogs needed for the Medical schools. Nepalese Government sent a ship full with frogs. The Japanese authorities were surprised for what they saw. They found the ship with the lid open. They counted the number of frogs. The number was exact as given by Nepal Government. THey did a research and found out how and why that happened?. The result was like this: each frog was pulling another's leg, the outcome was none of 'em ran out into sea. Meaning: Nepali will not change until they stop to pull other's legs.
