Hello All, 
  I am finally getting sick of living in cold weater/ east coast.  I have been doing lot of my home work about San Diego. heard its a truly a place to live/buy house? Anyone living there can put some insights please? Or give me some ideas of where to rent in the begining (safer, nicer) then to move on buyin g ahouse. I am familier with northen Cali but south is still new to me. I am planning to visit during this summer.
