I can tell you if you want) Please do not try to teach me about sovereignty and all that mumbo jumbo. I do not want to argue with you about that (That does not mean, I can't though). India has the hugest gap between rural and urban life in the world. Is india all about Delhi, Mumbai, Banglore or as portrayed in melodramatic and pretentious Bollywood??? Real india is rural india which is no better than rural Nepal. Common dude India is 1 Km away from my hometown and we are helping thousands of Indian beggars survive everyday. If you theorize those hapless beggars as not "human-enough" than Delhi or Mumbai people I am done discussing with you. You are talking like India is Switzerland.  Seeing is more beleiving my friend.
