Just because you like Bill & Melinda foundation, and write inspiring quotes and thoughts that doesn't make you a better person. 
Please don't promote narcissism.  And listing all your acheivement and only promoting photogenic photos and posts doesn't help anyone. Dont clutter cyberspace.....
