Housing bubble is back. If you don't believe me don't ask your friends and go check the census website and try to understand the changes that have occured over the last 5 years - demographically, socially  and economically. see where the population is shifting - the geographic location of those places and you should be able to come up with "ideas" on what businesses "must be working" in those areas. Pretty simple. No need to go follow NCBC. Once you find them - go to this website http://www.crmz.com . Look for coompanies that interest you. I look for insurance companies, banks, grocery stores, etc etc.
