Cooking is the art gifted by god agni to human being to enjoy the food..........according to vedas...........................well, cooking is just not only defines for making something but it is also a art.............like u have picasso in paint.............we have lots of good chef in cooking art.........................i love this art........this art gets much better with experience coz it gives u the idea of combination of herbs and ingridents......................... if someone doesnot know how to cook ...............my created basic step 1. make sure the gas is on coz cooking book dont say about gas 2. make sure pan is not pipping hot coz it can create fire 3. make sure that u play with fire doing up and down. 4.imagine u r making love 5. make it simple 6.dont try to add extra spice 7. listen to first call from ur heart 8. dont afraid to be experimental.................like u can make apple curry 9.our masala is strong ........so just give a touch 10.dont follow exact reciepe 11.make sure fire goes all over the pan 12. make sure to stir it time to time 13. if u want to leave food for while the make fire small 14. make sure u put salt from spoon not from the box 15. always put little salt and pepper coz u can add it later 16. make sure u r spices get well cooked coz it can create stomach problem 17. Be proud of your first cooking thats how it starts.................... good luck guys
