Dear Mall Kiosk owners!!
I have some ideas to sell some products in the mall kiosk. This is related to some solar cell phone chargers and other stuffs that we regularly see in the malls. The mall I'm looking at - has an available kiosk and I'd like to get the spot. Few questions.
1. If I want to get the products directly from China, how do I do so? What are the steps necessary? Has anyone done this before? Is it a good idea for a small Kiosker to get the products directly fom where it is produced, eliminating some layer cuts? Where do you guys go? I hope this is not a trade secret question.
2. If I want to buy the products from someone in the US, who are these people that sell products in wholesale?
3. I've one dis-like for the mall business. I'm bound to be there to open the shop, according to their schedule and not mine. So, I need to have someone to work. Kiosk owners, how do you measure trust? Since I won't have a fixed price of products, how do I be sure that my employee is not ditching on me- even though at the time when my employee is found and hired, he/she will thank me. I mean- is camera the best option? Any other suggestion? I want the piece of mind and I was to put trust out of the equation- as much as possible..since I normally trust nobody and to find that special someone ain't easy.
