Sept. 11, 2004 Dear 'Major' and 'Yours dipen', Thanks for your comments. I am not proposing hate or attacking Muslims. However, I am proposing to analyse the reason behind such heinous act. It is the 'motivation' we need to understand. The murderers stated - 'These people (Nepalese) are servants of Christians and Jews and worshippers of Buddha'. So it is not political or criminal issue, but Islam. For them we are 'infidels' or 'kafirs' fit for capital punishment merely for our religion. Muslim brothers and sisters around the world need to know that these murders are done in the name of Islam. So wherther they like it or not it becomes their duty to condemn the act and reach out to the victims. They also need to read Quran objectively and strike out objectionable 'Shuras'. Rest assured that Nepalese will not bomb Iraq. We are too poor and weak. But Americans, Israeli and Russians will. It is true that millions of Nepalese are working in Gulf countries. However, the job does not mean free money. We do most dirty job for pennies. That also at what price? Dignity? Death? I do not propose to go to war or attack Muslims or Mosque.
