may be this is an old story but I just came to know about it!

 not affiliated with this site but I find it very useful and promising. Anything that you want to send to your loved ones in Nepal, they will ship it and take care of all the hassle of tax and duty.

Catch is, only NEW products can be shipped to Nepal as per the rule of the government and downside is that the government charges VAT and import tax.
