Ok, I am growing tired of this topic. Of course money is IMPORTANT in a marriage, both for men and women. And may I add that most men who complain that women want them for money are usually louts who are too lazy to create a comfortable life for the family. And it is this incapacity and insecurity that projects itself as an accusation on women! Admit it! If a guy is confident that he can make money and raise a family, then there is absolutely NO need for this topic. And nowadays, with dual earning families, this topic is just passe. Women also earn and contribute to the family income. I don't think any of us were born yesterday and enter a marriage starry eyed. Bottomline: Love is a chance event. Money is practicality. Everything else is compromise that most marriages are built on! And THAT is the reality. In peace.
