During a visit to a mental hospital, a visitor asked the psychiatrist there what the
criteria for diagnosing mental health problems in a patient were.

The psychiatrist replied, "Oh it is simple, we fill the bathtub with water and then give
the patient a spoon, a teacup and a bucket to empty the bathtub.

"Oh", the visitor replied, "Of course a normal person should use the bucket to empty the
bathtub."
