The elaborate practical joke had unsuspecting customers in the U.S. shrieking in terror at the pale and bloodied face of a young girl appearing before them. The same youngster - who looks as if she has been possessed by an evil demon - then crawls into the shop (top right), upside down on all fours, prompting petrified patrons to run for the exit.
