Will take 7yrs . Yes, 7 yrs of long waiting time (Better than our Indian and Chineses Brothers/Sisters though).  If you have masters, try applying in EB2 Category.

But, if you see yourself  happy with the current position, company and Salary range for the next 4-5 years, then go for it. After your 5 years of experience, you can always apply in EB2 Category within the company or outside.

Who knows the immigration reform might change the whole ordeal.
