Yes, it will be a trend as long as there is a trend to unfairly use the nannies and underpay them severely.
Your post is very condescending; are you suggesting they stay quiet? Go over the entire article and you will find out that the actual pay was NOT $15/hr.
Frivolous lawsuits are one thing, rightful accusation is another. You have to be fair with each side and until and unless we hear the owner's defense, the facts presented say the Nanny was wrongfully employed; she should be compensated. Adhikar is doing a good job. Go Luna.
