I was in post Bachelor degree F1/OPT status till October 2010.
My H1B started in October 2010.
I did change of status from H1B to F1 in May 2011.
I am currently in post Master degree F1/OPT status as my OPT started in October 2012.
I want to go to H1B status.
Can I file H1B right row? I mean in February 2013? Do I need to wait for the quota in April 2013?
