There is no reason to talk and think who built this mosque. As you have said tht nepal is a hindu country but every relegion has its right to built its praying place either in hinducountry or muslim country like pakistan. I must give you information that even there is Hindu temple in pakistan and indonesia which is the most muslim place in the world. So plz dont go to all the way to history...
