You are the one who is in a rush to draw conclusions, all I did was offer my opinion about how it might be, perhaps, maybe, a good idea to do so and so thing in so and so circumstance. Maybe you are not bright enough to differentiate a conclusion from a suggestion.

You are the one who draws your final conclusions by saying something like
"You mean we need to be practical because men get attracted when they see beautiful skin and can't control their man. So you shouldn't punish those men, but instead we should training women to wear burqas and cover all their body because if they get raped, it's not men's fault, it's ALWAYS the fault of women because they don't understand the issue of idealism and realism."
