You make the classic argument that women wearing miniskirts (or whatever it is that pleases your sexist male gaze) are “asking for it”. Since you clearly don’t understand the gravity of sexual abuse, let me explain something to you.
So, there is this word called “consent” in the English language. Sound intricate?
Consent: to permit, approve, or agree; comply or yield
Now I am going to use it in a sentence for you so that you can understand the term better.
“I asked for her permission, and she consented.”
So, see, if a man or a woman touches another man or a woman without their consent,that is abuse.
Think about this scenario: When it is very hot outside in the dead of summer, women wear mini skirts. They don’t wear it to attract attention from you sir, they wear it because they are literally sweating their bodies off. It is their choice to wear that skirt, and it is your choice to breach social etiquette, respect and common sense to try and touch them because of what they are wearing.
If I were to follow your logic, I could punch you if you were dressed up like a major douche (however that is), and you would be asking for it. You see what I mean?
Now, I could have just said “STFU you narrow minded, sick, sexist freak”, but I spent the time to explain things to you. That’s Respect 101 for you, and you wouldn’t know the first thing about that because your upbringing has failed you so terribly.
