Although I wouldnt vote for either if I were allowed to, since they both belong to the Empire and have a history of hegemonic mainstream politics; I prefer Democrats to Republicans. Look at it this way- Republicans look at the issue at large and try an immediate solution, while Democrats go to details of analysing things and look for solutions in the long run. Republicans want to cut off subsidies to old and unemployed that will force them to look for employment, while democrats support the monthly subsidies and yet look out for improved economy. Of course in a system like the US, ppl expect the government to help create jobs. And by the way, Republicans dont support liberal immigration policies- they will do anything and everything to economically benefit americans at the cost of all others like us. So if you're in a hurry to get a green card, campaign for Kerry!
