Perhaps it is a trivial question: If you are trying to get a Nata Pramanit btn you and your sister, what format would you use?
In the document, who would you include:
1. Yourself and only sibling you are going to apply?
2. Mom and dad, yourself, and only sibling that you are trying to apply?
3. Mom and dad, yourself, all the siblings regardless of who you are applying for?
Have you done this before? Does it matter that much? Your response would be appreciated.
