Like Acharya said please get a router. Plus whats the use of using dial up these days? I am sure there are lots service providers aroud your area. You must do little research on that or ask the existing company to change it to high speed. Considering that there is so much competetion for service providers, I am assuming that you will surely find a service provider that respects your budget. Btw, try getting a router and see if it works..you can always return if it back to Walmart..if it doesnt work, right? heheh good old walmart :)
