Kale... If your friend is from Keorsang, then he/she is a damn Indian and NOT a Tibetan. Even if he's got a Tibetan heritage, he's still an Indian. If he made himself into Feroz Khan, then it's whole new story. Everybody got a right to change their religion. Keorsang, Kalingpung and Darjelling are all part of Indian, incase if you didn't know. No matter how sentiment you can get with their ties with Nepal, they travel with an Indian passport and it's the fact. Get it....Feroz Khan....
