If I were in the position to decide, I'd have ordered these (or any other) sick basterds' nuts to be cracked with a hammer - one at a time, dick to be split all the way to pelvis with a serrated knife, and leave them to die bleeding. Can't even imagine how that poor girl went through all that torture; gives me chills.
