In our school 3 out of 300 SLC students passed on second division and everyone else had 1st division score. Two of those Second Division guys are practicing doctors now in Nepal.

It makes perfect sense why there are so many failures. I am sure most of them are the second or third division students who became doctors by selling their fathers 6 ana land.
