Manpower agencies association demands resignation of three ministers Nepal Foreign Employment Agencies Association (NFEAA) has demanded resignation of Minister for Home Purna Bahadur Khadka, Minister for Labour and Transport Raghuji Pant and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Prakash Sharan Mahat blaming them for failing to protect hundreds of manpower agencies during Wednesday's rampage. Hundreds of demonstrators protesting the killing of 12 Nepalis in Iraq by a Muslim insurgent group had targeted offices of manpower agencies, international airlines and mosques in the capital on Wednesday. In a statement signed by chairman Nirmal Gurung, NFEAA alleged the government of being a `silent spectator' when manpower agencies urged it for security. The Association has also asked its members not to send people abroad for work unless the government guarantees security of its members and provides compensation to all the companies that were targeted. The Association said that attacks on 325 manpower agencies on Wednesday caused loss of billions of rupees. The crowd destroyed more than 300,000 passports of Nepalis deposited with various manpower agencies in a 'sponsored way,' the Association said Friday. It did not say who might be responsible for sponsoring rampage of that scale. Foreign employment is the biggest source of foreign exchange earnings for Nepal bringing in over Rs 100 billion as remittance into the country every year. Over 500,000 Nepalis are said to be working in Gulf countries alone. nepalnews.com by Sep 03 04 CHECK THIS OUT DUDES, MY BELOVED ALL THE SISTER, BIG SISTERS, WIFES AND MOTHER .............................THIS IS THE NEW STORY HAPPEING.
