Let's leave the documentary.  Let's not even bring in abc999. I want Nepalese in US to have a synomous thought with U visa as Diversity Visa. It is safe. But of course..for the ones how have been the victim or will be the vicitm of assualt! U visa was created mostly for illegal immigrants..where husband would harrass wife but wife would not say anything because of status issue (illegal immigration). But, this is not for just hispanics. It is for everyone! Take advantage of the law. 

Whoever have spent some years in the US know that there is a very very slight chance of receiving any favor from the government, in terms of status (if you disregard DV). Make a move and settle! I didn't think that I'd get positive replies, unlike my first reply from Riddle! But again, this message is only for people who are not in status and who think the world is over for them!
