btw, no contract and prepaid is different anyway, ..
no contract don't need you to be on contract, which means you are not obligated to pay compulsively. But you do pay month to month, it could either run on cdma and gsm both. You can get no-contract CDMA phone on craigslist or ebay, and activate it and go by the plan with no contract.
Whereas prepaid is sim based and you only use what you've paid for.
Which one are you looking for? A lot of time, I've seen ppl confused with this.
