My parents have a business in Kathmandu and they showed everything..stores, house, lands..I don't know what else they need to see and the reason they gave was " sambandha ramro chaina "  that's it! So frustrating. I wanted them to reapply but they don't want to anymore because they think they are gonna be denied again
