I dont know why you are after baidya buda. Baidhya faction has already said that this guy is not their karyakarta.
The main thing here is not 'who' slapped Prachanda. Does'nt matter whoever slapped, either ghuskhori or balatkari or hatyara or daka or chor etc etc. What matters the most is 'who received the slap'.
