sathi haru , i am married to a U.S citizen, while filing a d.v. lottery form, do i have to list my wife's name and submit her picture?

Now , some of you might wonder , why am i not applying thru marriage? COZ if i can get one for free and no hassle, hell yeah , I will give it a shot.
