I think those indians were not killed because they feared indian hindu will retaliate muslim like Godhra , Gujrat. These millitant Muslims love muslims but none other. As such to prevent such future incident, we should flat the mosque and build smarak so that it will be everlasting lesson to the millitant muslim.
