I dont think Lichhavis were Tamang. Many tamangs have tibetan names such as tsering and tenzing and are buddhist with few of them being hindus as well. They must have had hindu names after living in multiethnic area. Also Lichhavis predate many dynasties such as Shahs and Mallas, and Jaayadeva etc names sounds more like Indian Rajputs then Tamangs. If they were horse warriors and came from Tibet, shouldn't they have had those bhotia names instead of Hindu names?

It is always good to know your past and dig into your history. If you were mistreated , then dont opt for revenge with violence , which would be a huge ignorance. Try educating yourself and fight humanely for your rights. I also truly believe that because of Bahuns and their greed for power, country is heading downhill. Not just bahuns but every ethinicity that is part of the goverment are responsible for it. Note: You cant blame all bahuns , there are many good ones ordinary people, and not all janajatis are saint.
