You have to CONVINCE people to join you, otherwise you get nothing. You will grow stronger when the people you convince will convince other people who will convince some other people. You have to be the Cold-Calling person. However, even if you succeed at the beginning, it will get frustrating once you go higher and then you start fighting for business with the people you previously convinced.
