If your educational requirement is just BS, you should be fine as you can make educational evaluation easily using your masters, but if it is BS + MS, consult with good lawyer. In any case, consult with good layer. All the best. This rfe is basically backed by USCIS argument that 3 yrs bachelor is not equivalent to US 4 yrs bachelor and even though u have masters u have 17 yrs of education but not 18 yrs.
