Anyaya garnu bhanda anyaya sahanu thulo galti/paap ho bhanne sano ma padeko ho.
Don't know of others, but I do follow it in my own way.
"Na anyaya garchu na sahanchu"

Your problem, sounds completely filmi, but it's the truth of yours, it's the truth of us; who wants to live ordinary life.

What are your waiting for brother?
-    Are you waiting for your parents to get more in trouble?

Agreed, you have your wife and kids, You can't/shouldn't just react aggressively and go to Nepal without any plan. But, responsibility towards your parents are equally important. Infact more.

Few things:

1.    Don't you have any relatives/ friends in NEPAL who are willing to support/help  your parents?

2.    If you don't have and no one is ready to help/support them, then make a plan and go to Nepal ASAP to support your parents. Because they are your parents. Neither mine, nor
any of other sajha memebers. All we can do is to wish you good luck. What ever have to be done, it should be done by you only, son of your parents.

Again, Anyaya garnu bhanda anyaya sahanu thulo galti/paap ho bhanne sano ma padeko ho.

I am also waiting/planning for the right time to go back to Nepal coz kasailai legally action linu cha, Facebook ma he has used abusive words.

La, all the best. Keep updating how have you planned to resolve it because it's the matter of parents, just not of Facebook abusive word.
