I think they don't take your insurance for your immigration purpose health check but you can claim it later once you get the receipt.
You can't go to any doctor for immigration purpose. It must be a USCIS approved and you find the list of doctors from this website. You need to enter your zip code

My suggestion is don't go for the cheap doctors. Always go for the good doctor who has experiences specially in immigration case because i see many people get RFE because they miss something in their heath checkup. You can always claim it with your insurance company once you get it done.
