Right to Freedom: (2) All citizens shall have the following freedoms: (D) FREEDOM TO MOVE THROUGHOUT THE KINGDOM AND RESIDE IN ANY PART THEREOF; AND ((4) NOTHING IN SUB-CLAUSE (D) SHALL BE DEEMED TO PREVENT THE MAKING OF LAWS WHICH ARE IN THE INTEREST OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, OR WHICH ARE MADE TO IMPOSE REASONABLE RESTRICTIONS ON ANY ACT WHICH MAY JEOPARDIZE THE HARMONIOUS RELATIONS SUBSISTING AMONG THE PEOPLES OF VARIOUS CASTES, TRIBES OR COMMUNITIES; Does anyone know of any law which prevents the movement of a citizen of Nepal within Nepal? The question here is not whether Girija is a good guy or a bad guy but can a citizen be denied from his right of free movement. I know the constitution is no longer alive but what about NATURAL LAW?
