Hey guys,
I am in f-1 visa, which is still valid for 3 more years. Although my I-20 for my current major is going to expire this december, i decide to double major in economics , thus expanding my(by my intl student advisor) i-20 validity for one more year, i.e. 12/25/2013. Now , heres the deal: I am married to a U.S citizen. I am going home on Jan and plan on staying for three months. Does anyone here has anyknowledge, expereince , if that is gonna create any problem for me to enter the U.S? (at the port of entry) . I have not filed for my status change, so does the change in my martial status get reported to USCIS? your suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank YOu.
