I just want to open my simple personal website. 

I have registered for 1 year Domain. It was just $0.99 for a year.

I know next step is web hosting. But i have no idea where to do it or how to do it ? Any suggestion with cheap or free web hosting would be great.

Also, what's the best website to design a simple website for a person like me who doesn't know any coding.
