celbs shouldn't smoke and eat at the same time? says who? talking about manners, you guys must not be watching mtv awards and s...t like that for last few years. they do all kinds of weird stuff. but the main thing here is celbs(and rest of the ppl) not smokin anywhere close to non-smokers, i guess, can be considered as displaying proper manner.
