Sounds like u got a tentative nonconfirmation while doing everify. Don't worry this happens a lot with new work permits. Need to get a paper about this from ur HR and call tje number asap. If 1o days are passed and u don't verify they won't hire u and ice will starting to look for u. It happens when their sys is not updated or info don't match.
